What this site collects.
Almost nothing. There are no cookies, no analytics, no tracking scripts and no advertising on this website. The only personal data we receive is what you choose to send us.

What is stored on your device
One thing, and only if you use it. If you switch the site between the dark and light theme, your choice is saved in your browser's local storage so the site does not ask again. It never leaves your device and we cannot read it. Clearing your browser data removes it.
We set no cookies. We run no analytics. Fonts and images are served from this site, not from a content delivery network, so loading a page does not report your visit to anyone else.
If you use the contact form
The form asks for your name, your email address, optionally your company, and your message. We use those to answer you and for nothing else. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not pass your details to anyone for marketing.
The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to an enquiry, and, where the enquiry is about working together, taking steps at your request before entering a contract.
The form posts to our own server and the message is emailed straight to our mailbox. It is not stored on the website, and no third-party form service or analytics provider is involved at any point.
Transfers outside the EU
We are established in Macedonia, which is outside the European Economic Area. If you write to us from the EU or the UK, your message is read and stored here. For client engagements we sign a data processing agreement and the European Commission's standard contractual clauses on request; ask us and we will send them.
How long we keep it
Enquiries stay in our mailbox for as long as the conversation is useful, and are deleted when it is not. Correspondence relating to a signed contract is kept for as long as accounting and tax law requires.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to our using it. Write to contact@artemisoft.mk and we will answer. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Agency for Personal Data Protection in Skopje, or, if you are in the EU or the UK, to your own supervisory authority.
