Engineers who stay.
We hire rarely and we keep people. We are open to experienced engineers across our stack, whether or not something is advertised.
The work is business-critical software in production: public transport ticketing, airline retailing, pharmacy distribution, fund management and industrial ERP. Other people depend on these systems to get through their working day, and several have been running for more than a decade.
We look for depth rather than breadth, and for engineers who will learn a client's business as well as its codebase. Most of our clients are in western Europe, so working English matters.

Long engagements
Projects are measured in years. You stay with a system long enough to know why every decision in it was made.

Direct contact with clients
Small teams work directly with the people who use the system, and with the client's own engineers.

The office is in Skopje and the work happens there, inside the same working day as our clients across Europe.
